To start, got to Applicant board (Easy apply) Integration center → search for gmail or outlook integration and connect your email account. We created pre made integrations on your board.

Any email automation requires a trigger - New item created or change of a status and action - a personalized email. Here are some examples.
In this example you can see that the trigger is “When new item is created” and the content is customized by adding fields from board items. For example, an item name is the applicant name.
In this example you can see that the trigger is “When Status is changed” . On the email content you can add a Calendly self scheduling link or Gmail appointments.
