The days of spreadsheets tracking each candidate’s progress and an inbox filled with resumes are over! Jobflows recruitment workflow gives you a 360-degree perspective of your job openings from application through to offer or rejection. Step by step, candidates enter your recruitment process, and the more qualified candidates progress to the next stage until one person is hired. You can track the progress of each position, in real-time via your Jobflows board.

There are several stages of the hiring process for each position. Jobflows allow you to see at what stage candidates are in the process.

The default recruitment pipeline we offer looks like this.

In general, all open positions have an application, screening, phone interview, In Person Interview process, and many more stages. However, depending on the job or skills needed, you might need to add or remove stages into the process.

Statuses

Each stage that you see contains appropriate candidate Statuses. For example, the Phone Interview stage contains all the statuses such as Approved and Rejected.

Item view for each stage

You can customize hiring pipelines for various jobs if your workflow involves having different hiring stages for different kinds of job roles that you hire for.

Go to the Applicants board (Easy Apply ) → choose an Item → select the stage you want to edit

From the item view, select the stage you are editing → click Settings

Add and remove specific custom fields

Now use the checkbox “check” for stages you wish to include in the recruitment pipeline and "uncheck" for ones you wish to exclude:
