Creating a job in Jobflows

Request approval

Creating a job does not necessarily mean it is open to start recruiting candidates. If a job requires another person’s approval, you must request job approval before the job is opened. A job that has yet to receive approval will not appear on the career page.

When your organization is ready to begin the hiring process for a new job, navigate to the Open Positions → Request Form view "New Position Request" and fill in some information about the new position.

Approve and create a listing

Fill out the job description, responsibilities, and benefits. The information included in these sections will form your public-facing job advertisement.

You can format the text in your description using the text editor to give it some flair. A good job description is a key to attracting quality candidates. It will help potential applicants understand their roles on a day-to-day basis, so they can decide whether they want to apply.

Navigate to Open Positions → select you opened ‘job” → Job description tab
