Setting up an email address for job applicants is one of the most common ways to have candidates apply for a position.

The Easy apply email will be used to forward all applications to Jobflows and candidate profiles will automatically be generated in your Applicant's board.

Getting applicants directly by email

To set up the Applicants board (Easy Apply), go to Open Positions → Settings - Jobflows

Copy your dedicated Easy apply email address under Your Careers page URL and Email

Candidates’ profiles are automatically generated from auto-forwarded email applications

<aside> ⚠️ Make sure that every email sent to Easy apply email has a resume attached (pdf or doc file), so the candidate details can be properly parsed into the candidate's profile.

Receive applications by email directly to your Job Board.

Once you create a new position, a dedicated board will be generated specifically for that job role. This board will enable you to efficiently manage all the applicants for that particular position.
