Activate email integration

There are multiple ways to send and receive emails with monday.com. Click this article to learn how to set up email integration.

In this example, we are going to use Gmail. Go to the board you want to create integration on and click the “Integrate” button on the top right of your board.

Select an integration “when an email from Email is received, add it as an update”

Sending emails to candidates

You don't have to switch between your Jobflows dashboard and your email account to communicate with your candidates.

With monday.com email integration, you can send, receive and view emails in one place, on the candidate profile itself.

Go to the Emails & Activities on the Candidate profile → click the “New email” button → enter the subject of your email message in the text box → click on the Send button to send the email

You can view every email that you send to your candidates and the ones you receive from your candidates in the Emails & Activities section on the Candidate profile.
