You can set parameters that candidates must meet in order to be qualified for the position. Applicants will answer a set of questions that you can set up in the Application form. Their answers will sort them automatically.

The questions usually have to do with the minimum qualifications that are required for the job.

If an applicant chooses the answer that has been set as a disqualifying one, they will be filtered out automatically.

Assessing your candidates

The screening questions are job-specific, so they will be different for each position.

You can create custom questions in your Application form here and it will be attached to your job posting in order to get applicants that meet the requirements.

Go to your opened position → Application form

Filtering out candidates

Filtering out a candidate who doesn’t meet minimum requirements using application form questions will save you and your recruitment team a lot of time. It also prevents you from having to delve through every single application.

In this example, with your custom ‘Single Select’ questions on the application form, you can choose to automatically disqualify candidates who answer specific values.
